Construction Update

As we wrap up another year at Camillo HQ, we’re proud of the milestones reached and the progress made across our projects of 2024.

2024 has been an incredible year of growth and momentum. From our commitment to innovation to our meticulous craftsmanship, time and time again, we’ve taken the steps to deliver exceptional results. As we reflect on the progress made and look ahead, we’re excited to continue building on this momentum – shaping spaces and shaping the future of construction in Melbourne.

La Storia

La Storia at 88 Pelham Street, Carlton, has reached significant milestones both externally and internally. Externally, the completion of windows, balustrades, aluminium cladding, and bluestone cladding has brought the façade to life. Internally, progress is equally dynamic, with wet area tiling complete on Level 1 and joinery installation underway. Levels 2 and 3 are progressive with wet area tiling and waterproofing, while painting has already commenced on Level 4. Level 5’s plaster stopping and sanding are nearing completion, and the framing and in-wall rough-ins are in progress on Level 6.

Windsor Place

The progress at the Windsor Place development on High Street has been making steady headway, with several key milestones achieved. The ground-level slab is now complete, brick façade panels have been installed up to Level 1, and the core and structural columns are fully in place at the same level. The team is maintaining their pace diligently, with the level 2 slab on track to be poured before Christmas.

The Lansell

The team are advancing with the apartments at The Lansell in Toorak. The internal fit-outs are well underway, with Poliform kitchens and robes now installed in 70% of the residences. Work is progressing across other joinery elements, including fireplaces and entry cupboards, alongside internal painting, tiling, electrical lighting fit-outs, and flooring throughout the project. On the exterior, the green roof landscaping on the western roof has been completed, and landscaping for the planter boxes is on its way to completion, adding the finishing touches to this impressive luxury development.
